Jules Tabourel

Jules Tabourel holds a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) from the University of Rennes I, a certificate of specialization in corporate law from the University of Montpellier as well as a Diplôme Universitaire “Avocat Conseil fiscal des Entreprises” from the University of Paris XII. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2022. Within Solferino Associés, Jules is involved both in mergers & acquisitions or private equity and in litigations related to these transactions.
