Hortense Pagezy is graduated from IESEG School of Management (2021) and holds a Master 2 in Business, Economics and Management – Business Law from the Catholic University of Lille (2021). She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2025. Within Solferino, she is involved in mergers & acquisitions or Private Equity and in litigations related to M&A transactions.
