Diane Hervey-Chupin holds a Master 2 in Financial Criminal Law from the University of Cergy Pontoise (2011), as well as a double Master in Law and Management from the University of Paris Dauphine (2010). She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2013.
Diane advises clients on white-collar criminal matters and represents them in disputes between shareholders and business partners.

PUBLICATIONS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES
Diane is Co-Chair of the Business Criminal Law Committee of the Association of Corporate Counsel Lawyers (ACE).
In this capacity, she regularly delivers training sessions on various aspects of business criminal law.
In 2025, Diane was recognized as one of the lawyers featured in the “Next Generation of Business Lawyers.”
Diane also provides training through the Paris Bar Association’s Business Criminal Law Open Committee, as well as at university level, notably at the University of Bordeaux, where she teaches as part of the Master’s degree in Legal and Tax Engineering for Companies (IFJS).
Diane is also a member of the Institute of Tax and Financial Criminal Law (IDP2F) and the Association of Business Litigation Practitioners (APCA).
