Bernard-Olivier Becker holds a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a degree in musicology. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2005. He previously practiced at Bredin Prat (Paris) and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett (New York). Bernard-Olivier assists his clients in their mergers and acquisitions, particularly in private equity and venture capital.

PUBLICATIONS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES

Bernard-Olivier co-writes the column “Assignment of securities” which is published in the Semaine Juridique, Entreprises et Affaires edition. Every year, he speaks at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, where he leads a seminar on share purchase agreements for DJCE students. He is a member of the International Bar Association.
