Admitted to the Paris Bar (2019) and the NY Bar (2018), Louise Toison is graduated of Paris 1 University Panthéon Sorbonne (Master’s degree Business and Tax law, 2016) and of HEC Paris (Master’s degree in Management – Major International Legal and Tax Strategy, 2016) and graduated from New York University (LL.M) in 2017.

Louise advises on mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions.
