Charlotte Plantin


A graduate of HEC (2002), Charlotte holds a DEA in business law and a DESS in taxation from the University of Paris I (2003). She previously practiced at Bredin Prat. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2005. Charlotte acts in business litigation and more specifically in white-collar crime and market abuse litigations.

Charlotte was elected Secretary of the Paris Bar Association’s Conference of Lawyers in 2008 and has intervened in this capacity in numerous criminal proceedings. She continues to devote part of her activity to common law criminal cases, as well as specific press disputes. She regularly teaches criminal law and criminal procedure at the Professional Training School of the Paris Court of Appeal Bars (EFB) and is a lecturer at the business school HEC Paris (legal & tax department).
