Vergnet issues a new equity line facility of 100M€ subscribed by Negma Group

Vergnet, a company which specialises in generating renewable energy (wind, solar and hybrid sources) and delivering high performing energy solutions, listed on Euronext Growth, issues a new convertible bonds facility.

This facility has been fully subscribed by Negma Group, an investment company which specialises in providing flexible equity linked financing solutions and has been structured through the issuance of convertible bonds (Obligations Convertibles en Actions) with attached warrants (Bons de Souscription d’Actions) for a maximum nominal amount of 100M€.

Bpifrance and Montefiore acquire a stake in the Pierre & Vacances – Center Parcs Group

Bpifrance and Montefiore participated in the investor round formed by Atream within its dedicated vehicle “Pastel Holding”.

Founded in 1967, the Pierre et Vacances Center Parcs Group is the leading European player in local tourism. Through its six brands – Pierre & Vacances, Center Parcs, Ada-gio, Maeva.com, Sunparks and Villages Nature – the Group operates nearly 300 sites in Europe and welcomes nearly 8 million holidaymakers each year.

Solferino Associés advises Ardian Buy-Out and Biofarma Group, the Italian-based leader in the European nutraceutical CDMO market for the acquisition of Nutraskills, a French group specialized in food supplements business.

Biofarma Group, the European leading nutraceutical CDMO, announces the acquisition from Eric Terré (majority shareholder and Chairman) and the investment funds UI Investissement and Back to Basics of 100% of Nutraskills (CODILAB & LABORATOIRE PIERRE CARON), a fast-growing player specialized in the development, manufacturing and packaging of food supplements.

Mr Terré and the top management team will continue accompanying Nutraskills in this new phase of growth, and will reinvest in the Biofarma Group post-closing of the transaction in order to lead the Nutraskills to the next phase of growth.
